Meet Discovery Hub’s Founder
Pippa Morgan, PhD
Founder and Executive Director of Discovery Hub
Pippa is an international education professional and Founder and Executive Director of Discovery Hub. She is a former Assistant Professor at Duke Kunshan University, a joint venture collaboration between Duke University in the US and Wuhan University in China, and from 2019-2020 was a Global Perspectives on Society Fellow at New York University Shanghai. She has taught thousands of students and written numerous academic papers and one book.
Originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, Pippa speaks Mandarin and has lived in China for 10 years, in Shanghai, Kunshan/Suzhou, and Guangzhou. She has a PhD from Fudan University (one of the best universities in China), a Masters degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and a BA (Hons) degree from Durham University.
